• Developing interesting and informative meetings
• Promoting participation in the educational program
• Orienting new members to the Toastmasters program
• Encouraging members to progress through the educational program
• Keeping track of members’ educational progress
• Administering speech contests
• Ensuring every member has the support he or she needs to achieve his or her goals
