Congratulations to Canyon Park Echoes club members Steve Beaumont & Julie Morton.  They represented Canyon Park Echoes at the recent Area 54 Toastmasters Humorous Speech and Table Topics contest.  Julie competed in a the highly competitive speech contest where she took the 2nd place prize!  Steve competed in the always challenging Table Topics contest where he took the 1st place prize!  Our club is proud of these two skilled club members and we are honored to have them represent us so well!  Thank you for your hard work and effort!

Steve will now move on and compete in the Division E contest.  The contest will be held on Oct 14th from 2:30 pm onwards at the Redmond Library.

Make sure you come on Oct. 26th to hear our members spin yarns of their own creation. This will be hilarious and entertaining, not one to be missed.

Thank you to Northshore Group Health for being our gracious hosts each Wednesday from 12:00 to 1:00 starting September 9, 2015.

We have three simple ways we respect our hosts:

1. We Take a Hike—-we park BEYOND the building’s perimeter parking, allowing Group Health members to have prime access to their facility.
2. We Take a Walk—we use the stairs to go to the 2^nd story, where the conference room is located, so we don’t overload the Group Health elevator’s capacity.
3. We use our Inside Voices when not in the closed conference room, so we don’t interrupt Group Health’s interaction with its members.

 Please join us on Wednesdays for a fun experience as we grow!
